Ensure the apparel is unworn, unwashed, and still has all original tags attached to qualify for a successful processing.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and wait for our courier partner to arrive for a scheduled doorstep pickup.
Refund or Replacement
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your replacement will be dispatched.
